GR IV and GR IV SOL combination

MATISEC's GR IV and GR IV SOL suits are designed and assembled at the company's headquarters in VAULX-MILIEU
(Isère-38). Always attentive to the needs of its partners and committed to continuously improving its products, MATISEC has optimized its GR IV and GR IV
SOL visors with two major developments. The major innovation lies in the new design of the visor
, optimized to offer superior visual acuity. In addition, a specially designed protective film
has been added, ensuring enhanced effectiveness and extending the product's lifespan.

Shape of the visor

The visor has been thoroughly redesigned to significantly improve visual comfort for the wearer. Ergonomic studies and performance tests have enabled us to design a cylindrical shape that provides a better view of the surroundings. This new configuration not only widens the field of vision, but also optimizes the clarity and sharpness of the images perceived. As a result, wearers will enjoy a more immersive and pleasant visual experience, while reducing eye strain during prolonged use.

Visor protection film

The chemical protection film on the visor has been improved to become fully interchangeable, allowing wearers to replace the film with ease, without having to send their equipment back to MATISEC. This provides greater autonomy and comfort of use by enabling quick and convenient changes to be made as needed. Previously, the film was directly integrated into the screen, requiring complete disassembly for replacement. Today, this constraint has been eliminated, simplifying maintenance and offering an optimized user experience. A new composition of the protective film (previously made of thermoformed FEP) also offers significant resistance to mechanical and chemical damage.
