2024 retrospective: TOP 5 events of 2024

As the year draws to a close, we unveil our TOP 5 highlights of 2024. Between media successes and professional opportunities, there have been many highlights. In this article, we look back at the five most memorable events of the year, including our long-awaited appearance on BFM Business and our participation in the Eurosatory trade show in Paris.

1st place - Eurosatory

Eurosatory is the international trade show for land and air-land defense and security. Held every two years in Paris, it brings together defense and security professionals from around the world. A large number of conferences are organized during the show. It's an opportunity for professionals and start-ups in this sector to exchange views with institutions, NGOs and experts in the field.

As a company that places the protection of men and women in hostile environments at the heart of its values, our sales team was present at the show. Eurosatory enabled us to showcase our military products. We presented DM II and ULM II chemical protection suits, COMAT and DECOMAT, as well as TRIPLAIR-NG, GPAL-INCURVE, GPAL-QS in the Respiratory range.

2nd place - MATISEC Open House

One of the highlights of the year at MATISEC was the organization of our Open Day. The main aim of the day was to introduce the general public to our business and our products. Families, customers and former MATISEC employees came to visit us.

For the occasion, we had designed a route through our various workshops, where our employees were on hand to explain every stage of our processes. Visitors had the opportunity to try on our protective suits, climb aboard our vehicles and ask our teams any questions they might have.

3rd place - Appearance on BFM Business

Our Managing Director, Franck Laurent, appeared on the BFM Business program #Décryptage (in collaboration with Scribeo) to give MATISEC's views. During the interview, the company's General Manager explained our sector and its particularities, as well as MATISEC's position in this market. He also spoke about the diversity of our customers, who range from the public defense sector to the energy sector, via the food and pharmaceutical industries.

4th place - MATISEC 50th anniversary party

This year, MATISEC proudly celebrated 50 years of expertise! To mark this anniversary, we organized a party at a superb venue, bringing together our employees, suppliers and customers. All guests enjoyed the event, and the feedback we received from both customers and partners was very positive, which we're delighted about.

For the MATISEC team, the evening was an ideal opportunity to get together outside the workplace and strengthen our team spirit. It was also a great opportunity to catch up with friends and family, chat with customers and partners, and enjoy some memorable moments together.

5th position - Visit to CAPI

Located in the heart (north) of Isère since its creation, MATISEC contributes to the region's industrial productivity. We welcomed the CAPI (Communauté d'agglomération Porte de l'Isère) to our premises for a full tour of our company. MATISEC employees were on hand to welcome the CAPI members and show them around our new premises. They were able to visit our workshop and talk to the various departments about our production processes and products.
