Meet Franck GOBIN: methods team leader in the R&D department at MATISEC

Within the R&D department, there are several teams. The 4-person Methods team is managed by Franck GOBIN, who has been with MATISEC for 19 years. His team is responsible for editing assembly and maintenance operating procedures. He works closely with several departments within the company. In this interview, he explains his daily tasks and the particularities of his team.

"I joined the French Navy and after this experience, I took a vocational diploma in industrial and advertising photography.

"I'm in charge of the Methods Office, which involves developing manufacturing and control processes to optimize production.
