Assembling a diving suit requires precision, method, and expertise. The time required varies depending on the type of

It all starts with preparing the workstation: our operator gathers the necessary tools and in

Assembly of options and configurations on demand for each customer

Each diving suit can be customized with elements such as:

  • MATCHIM gloves for enhanced chemical protection.
  • Internal pockets for storage.
  • A support belt.
  • Slippers instead of boots to finish off the legs.
  • A watertight passage.

This operation often involves interdepartmental collaboration: for example, MATCHIM
gloves are prepared by the Methods team in the R&D department, then assembled by theClothing
divisionin the Production department.

Leak testing


Once all the options have been installed, the expert proceeds with the leak test, which will last 15 to 20 minutes:

  1. The diving suit is fully inflated.
  2. The pressure is monitored.
  3. The air flow is measured to detect any leaks.

If the test fails, a leak detection procedure is initiated to correct the problem
before shipment.


If the test is validated, the product data is recorded in our traceability software. TRACEMAT, ensuring accurate tracking for our customers.

The final stages of assembling the diving suit before shipment

Once the diving suit has been approved:

  • The last components have been installed.
  • The visor is carefully cleaned and then protected with a cover.
  • The diving suit is folded according to a specific method.
  • It is then placed in a shipping bag ready for dispatch.
