2024 Retrospective: TOP 5 events of the year 2024

As the year draws to a close, we reveal our TOP 5 best moments of 2024. Between media successes and professional opportunities, there have been many highlights. In this article, we look back at the five most memorable events of this year, including our long-awaited appearance on BFM Business and our participation in the Eurosatory trade show in Paris.

1st position – The Eurosatory Exhibition

Eurosatory is the international exhibition for land and air-land defense and security. This exhibition takes place every two years in Paris and brings together defense and security professionals from around the world. A large number of conferences are organized during this exhibition. It is an opportunity for professionals and start-ups in this sector to exchange ideas with institutions, NGOs, and experts in the field.

As a company that places the protection of men and women in hostile environments at the heart of its values, our sales team was present at this trade show. Eurosatory gave us the opportunity to showcase our military products. We presented the DM II and ULM II chemical protection suits, the COMAT and DECOMAT, as well as the TRIPLAIR-NG, GPAL-INCURVE, and GPAL-QS from the Respiratory range.

2nd place – MATISEC Open House

One of the highlights of the year at MATISEC was the organization of our Open House. The main purpose of this event was to introduce our business and products to the general public. Families, customers, and former employees of the company turned out in force to visit us.

For the occasion, we designed a tour of our various workshops, where our employees were on hand to explain each step of our processes. Visitors had the opportunity to try on our protective suits, climb aboard our vehicles, and ask our teams any questions they had.

3rd position – Appearance on BFM Business

Our CEO, Franck Laurent, appeared on BFM Business during the #Décryptage program (in collaboration with Scribeo) to present MATISEC's message. During the interview, the company's CEO explained our business sector and its specific characteristics, as well as MATISEC's position in this market. He also spoke about the diversity of our clients, which range from the public defense sector to the energy sector, including agri-food and pharmaceuticals.

4th position – MATISEC's 50th anniversary celebration

This year, MATISEC proudly celebrated 50 years of expertise! To mark this anniversary, we organized an evening event in a superb venue, bringing together our employees, suppliers, and customers. All the guests enjoyed the event, and the feedback we received from both our customers and partners was very positive, which delighted us.

For the MATISEC team, this evening was the perfect opportunity to get together outside of work and strengthen our team spirit. It was also a special moment to catch up with our loved ones, chat with our customers and partners, and enjoy memorable moments together.

5th position – Visit to CAPI

Located in the heart (north) of Isère since its creation, MATISEC contributes to the region's industrial productivity. We welcomed CAPI (Communauté d’agglomération Porte de l’Isère) to our premises for a comprehensive tour of our company. MATISEC employees were on hand to welcome CAPI members and show them around our new premises. They were able to visit our workshop and talk to the various departments about production processes and products.
